Hello Everyone!

In this posts, I’m sharing another flower recipe – garden style cascading bouquet using flowers from Trader Joe’s grocery store. To create this cascading bouquet, I used our bouquet-making tool, the “StemSlider,” but of course, you can make this cascading bouquet with your hands using spiral or non-spiral methods!
In a previous post, I shared the flower bouquet recipe for a loose and airy wedding bouquet using grocery store flowers, which are same flowers I used for this cascading bouquet. You can check out the post from the link below 😊
1. Try not to add too many flowers to avoid creating a heavy trailing, as a heavy trailing loses its graceful flow.
2. Use greenery or supportive fillers deep within the bouquet. This placement helps anchor the flowers, ensuring they stay positioned in the middle or top area, preventing them from shifting downward.
3. Arrange your flowers at different heights to create an “in and out” effect. This technique adds depth and dimension, making the cascading look lighter and softer.
4. After assembling your bouquet, check it from the side to ensure it has a curved profile.
If you’re not familiar with flower categories, please check the post below!
When practicing bouquet making, you don’t need special flowers, as they can be pricey. Fresh flowers from places like Trader Joe’s can be both economical and effective, offering a variety of flowers at budget-friendly prices, making it a convenient option for sourcing practice materials.
Especially during the busy wedding season, you might not have the chance to create cascading bouquets, but it’s an essential skill. I highly recommend practicing making cascading bouquets during slower times!
